Number one on this list is the largest SUP brand on the world market – Aqua Marina. While the smallest Super Trip is an ideal board that can be used with your child or why not your pet – all the rest are are up to 2, and 4-6 paddlers. How crazy is that?
Aqua Marina is a mid-range brand that you can count your money on. You’ll find useful features, great material use and technologies on each of their boards. Bear in mind, that none of the packages come with a single paddle which means you’ll have to rake out some extra cash for that.

It was hard placing Starboard as number two since they are actually one of the best large SUP brands out there. They have both inflatable and rigid board with some great specializations to each niche, lots of information regards boards performance and much more.
Compared to Aqua Marina, Starboard has a technical, more specialized approach towards making a paddleboard. As of today, Starboard has three multi-person boards, all divided between the three main disciplines (so to say) – a tandem, family and a team board.

#3. RED Paddle Co

RED is an interesting brand from the UK that sell their premium boards worldwide. They produce all of their boards and technologies on their own in-house factory. PLUS, they test their boards way above what is needed for the average paddler to be sure about its durability. I mean – they once drove over their inflated paddleboard with a bulldozer! Inflatable industry is where they’ve directed all their focus on – which they have definitely accomplished.
RED Paddle Co’s current range consists of two multi person boards – Tandem and Ride XL. Both of the boards feature MSL technology.

#4. Pau Hana

As much as we have to stay unbiased, we are kinda big fans of Pau Hana due to their innovative solutions. They have some really cool paddleboards that stand out.
Pau Hana produces very nice boards at a very good price point. The wood imitation on both of their inflatable and rigid boards gives their boards this specific premium wooden boat feel. Its not only the wood, but also all the other color schemes that are so nice and vibrant that it might even be difficult to focus on paddling every now and then. Besides aestethics, it is also the awesome price point and selection they have out there. A SUP for digital nomads, a SUP with see-through window, and the 15’0″ Bimini multi-person board that can be fitted with an outboard engine. Whoa.

Last we have Xterra – a small yet consistant SUP manufacturer that’s worth to be highlighted. Besides their few all-around and a yoga board – they’ve chosen to make a multi-person as their extra board. Their Mauna Kea (White Mountain) is a 7-person SUP with a lot to offer.
They claim when inflated, the 75lb board can be carried by 3 kids or 2 adults. That’s an awesome comparison to point out. At 3,000-dollars, the board will most definitely stand to its
